Sintered tungsten carbide fragments in a ductile nickel bronze matrix for extreme wear-resistant hardfacing.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
• Contains sintered tungsten carbide fragments embedded in ductile nickel bronze matrix.
• Special flux coating for de-oxidation and cleaning during deposition.
• All steel cutting grades are fully tinned for enhanced bonding.

• Reliable performance in severe service conditions.
• Sintered tungsten carbide fragments.

• Flux coating with de-oxidizing properties.
• Clean surface of rust, scale, oil, and dirt.
• Preheat slowly to max 500 °C.
• Tin surface with DIFF DUR TINNING rods (~1 mm thick layer).
• Apply DIFF DUR CS on the tinned surface.
