Quality Policy

We, the Diffusion Engineers Ltd, are involved in manufacturing and marketing of the welding consumables, flux-cored wires, wear plates, regeneration of critical components and cold repairs compound. We are committed to meet the contractual requirements of customers and the environmental, occupational health & safety needs of relevant stakeholders. The organization constantly endeavours to achieve, maintain & continuously improve the quality, taking care of the environment & safety in its operation thereby complying with applicable legal and other requirements thus creating a proactive work culture along with teamwork. To achieve this goal, we shall establish, implement and maintain a formal Integrated Management System (IMS) conforming to the National/International Management System Standards on Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety with necessary training & people empowerment.

We shall strive to:

Develop external providers into a mutually beneficial relationship and consistently comply with ours and customer’s/ market requirements, while assessing risk from time to time.
Progressively bring about an improvement in environmental performance by adopting eco-friendly techniques/processes, for optimal use of energy and other resources to reduce hazardous wastes by assessing & mitigating the risks from time to time.
Create and maintain facilities, establish standard operating procedures/ safety rules in all the fields and ensure that the employees, contractors and visitors inside the premises rigidly follow these.
Maintain highest standards of vigilance and preparedness to respond to emergencies, mutual aid of neighbouring facilities and government agencies.
Assess potential health risks arising from operations likely to affect its active and inactive participants. Institute measures to control and eliminate such risks and monitor the health of employees.
Intensify efforts in conservation of key natural resources like petroleum products, electricity, water and wood, through improved product recovery, optimized processes, efficient recycling and reducing waste in all forms.
Communicate this policy and the specific requirements of this Integrated Management System to all relevant stakeholders and partners. Conduct reviews and evaluations to measure the progress of compliance with the policy.
Ensure good & healthy workplace by proper housekeeping.
Ensure awareness amongst employees, contractors and others of their responsibility and safety on and off their work premises.
