PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
• Nickel-cored flexible rod coated with cast tungsten carbide and Ni-Cr-B-Si.
• Contains ~60% fused tungsten carbide (FTC) and ~40% Ni-Cr-B-Si matrix.
• Deposit hardness approx. 45 HRC.
• Low melting point (950–1050 °C) with excellent flow and wetting properties.

• High resistance to acids, bases, lye, and corrosive media.
• Excellent wear protection under severe service conditions.
• Produces smooth, clean weld overlays.
• 65% fused tungsten carbide (FTC).
• 35% Ni-Cr-B-Si matrix.
• Clean surface by grinding or grit blasting.
• Use neutral to slightly carburizing flame.
• Sweat deposits on base metal with minimal penetration.
• Avoid overheating and puddling.
• Wear coating on ferritic and austenitic steels.
• Mixer blades, screws, conveyors in chemical, dye, and food industries.
• Stabilizer blades in petroleum industry.
