PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
• Contains complex carbides with tungsten as primary and chromium as secondary.
• Achieves full hardness in one layer (~63 HRC).

• Exceptional resistance to abrasion, erosion, and friction.
• Can be deposited in dots, dashes, and stripes without arc break.
• High hardness and wear life in thin overlays.
• Tungsten carbides.
• Chromium carbides.
• Alloy steel matrix.
• Remove damaged metal before welding.
• Preheat base metal to 350–500 °C.
• Hold electrode at 45° in direction of travel.
• One layer sufficient for most applications; high interpass temp for multiple layers.
• Do not weld over cooled previous deposits.
