Product Specification
• High wear resistance from FTC particles.
• Suitable for unalloyed and low alloy steels (C ≤ 0.5%).
• Can be used on high alloy steels with buffer layer.
• Medium-size fused tungsten carbide (FTC).
• Metal tube casing.
• Preheat base metal to 350–500 °C (depending on alloy and area).
• Use AC or DC+ with correct settings.
• Apply buffer layer for most high alloy steels.
• Avoid overheating to prevent cracking.
