Product Specification
• High tensile strength and creep rupture resistance.
• Excellent impact toughness and build-up capability.
• Smooth running, self-shielded wire with easy slag removal.
• Carbon (C) for hardness.
• Chromium (Cr) for wear resistance.
• Molybdenum (Mo) for strength and creep resistance.
• Gouge out or grind worn, damaged, and fatigued metal or cracks before welding.
• Preheat is generally not required, except for very heavy sections.
• Use minimal weaving to achieve a flat, well-washed bead.
Base layer build-up of roller press rolls, buffer layers, heavy build-up work, impactproof components, frogs, coarse crushers, crusher jaws, HP rolls, rails, and beaters.
