PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
• Submerged-arc tubular wire alloyed with Chromium (Cr), Nickel (Ni), and Molybdenum (Mo).
• Designed for welding on tough, corrosion-resistant continuous-cast rolls and heavy wear components.
• Offers strong resistance to cavitation, erosion, and pitting.
• Maintains performance under high operating temperatures.

• Durable in continuous heavy-duty applications.
• Chromium (Cr) – corrosion and wear resistance.
• Nickel (Ni) – toughness and corrosion protection.
• Molybdenum (Mo) – high-temperature strength.
• Gouge out or grind worn, damaged, and fatigued metal or cracks before welding.
• Preheat is generally not required, except for very heavy sections.
• Use minimal weaving to achieve a flat, well-washed bead.
• Continuous casting rolls, bridge store components, thick-section water/steam/ gas fittings (up to 450 °C), rope pouring rolls, and alloyed buffer layers.
