Product Specification
• Designed for extreme wear and impact resistance.
• Produces a highly alloyed deposit.
• The alloy consists of primary chromium carbides and other complex carbides.
• The weld deposit is highly alloyed, consisting mainly of primary chromium (Cr) carbides and other complex carbides.
• Gouge out or grind worn, damaged, and fatigued metal or cracks before welding.
• Preheat is generally not required, except for very heavy sections.
• Hardfacing applications on parts that experience extreme wear and impact, such as screens and wear plates
