Product Specification
• Excellent resistance to high-pressure metal-tometal wear.
• Deposit can be cut, machined, or forged after welding.
• Suitable for heavy-duty, high-impact service conditions.
• Fe with low-alloy additions (Mn, Mo, Cr) forming a tough, tempered martensitic/bainitic microstructure.
• Gouge out or grind worn, damaged, and fatigued metal or cracks before welding.
• Preheat is generally not required, except for very heavy sections.
• Use minimal weaving to achieve a flat, well-washed bead.
• Impellers, pulleys, wheel rims, guide rollers, rails, bucket chain excavator links.
