PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
• Produces tough, wear-, galling-, erosion-, and corrosion-resistant overlay.
• Cr-Ni-Mo alloy stainless steel deposit with 13% Cr and nitrogen.
• Excellent thermal shock and fatigue resistance.

Product Specification
• High resistance to corrosion, pitting, and impact.
• Suitable for high-temperature service up to 450 °C.
• Ideal for steel industry wear parts and buffer layers.
• Fe-Cr-Ni-Mo alloy with nitrogen; austenitic stainless structure.
• Gouge out or grind worn, damaged, and fatigued metal or cracks before welding.
• Preheat is generally not required, except for very heavy sections.
• Use minimal weaving to achieve a flat, well-washed bead.
• Continuous casting rolls, hot-rolling mills, steam turbines, valve seats, rope pouring rolls, high-temp fittings, alloy buffer layers.
