Product Specification
• Produces a highly alloyed C-Cr-B deposit.
• Designed for hardfacing against severe abrasion and moderate impact.
• Offers excellent toughness at a high hardness level.
• The weld deposit is highly alloyed with Carbon, Chromium, and Boron (C-Cr-B) and is primarily composed of carbides, borides, and other complex carbides.
• Gouge out or grind worn, damaged, and fatigued metal or cracks before welding.
• Preheat is generally not required, except for very heavy sections.
• Hardfacing for parts used in coal mining, and the cement, steel, and mineral industries.
