abrasive wear resistance.
• Maintains structure and edge retention under hightemperature conditions.
• Non-magnetic, non-forgeable deposit with excellent
bonding to steels and stainless steels.

• Preheat base metal to 200–300 °C based on alloy type
• Maintain low interpass temperature and use medium
arc
• Use stringer beads for dissimilar metal joints
• Re-dry electrodes at 100 °C for 1 hour before use
