PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

TUFALOY 600 X is a specially formulated austenitic electrode with low heat input, designed for overlaying on track components of medium carbon, low alloy, medium manganese and Hadfield manganese steels. Its advanced alloy chemistry delivers extremely high toughness, rapid work-hardening, and excellent resistance to flow fatigue under pounding and impulsive loads. The deposits are crack-free and eliminate the need for a cushion layer, making it ideal for demanding railway applications.
