• Optimized for dissimilar metal compatibility.

• Degrease to remove oil/grease.
• Gouge or grind out cracks, damaged, fatigued metal.
• Use AC or DC+ polarity, hold short arc.
• Apply short skip welding with staggered stringer beads.
• Chip slag between passes, peen while hot.
• Preheat only for very heavy sections.

• Track pads, furnace parts, bucket repairs.
• Cooler plates, apron feeder pans.
