Product Specification
• Low heat input minimizes distortion.
• Balanced ferrite–austenite microstructure for strength & toughness.
• Works on dissimilar metals.
• Service temperature up to 1100 °C.
• High Cr-Ni-Mo alloy blend with controlled ferrite–austenite balance.
• Gouge/grind out damage, wear, cracks.
• Clean area; clamp long seams; use backup plates for thin sheets.
• Tack at short intervals; AC/DC+ at lowest amps.
• Maintain very short arc; chip slag between passes; avoid weaving.
• Use short skip welding with staggered stringer beads.
• Anchor joining, stainless-to-mild steel, inlet feed pipes in sponge iron plants.
• Parting tools, Hadfield steel parts, track pads, furnace parts, cooler plates, sugar mill roller journals.
