• Thoroughly clean surface from rust, oxides, and contaminants.
• Preheat job with a brazing torch.
• Apply tinning alloy and flux to the work area.
• Use neutral or slightly oxidizing flame; push molten pool forward while dipping rod until coverage is complete.
• Tinning layer on oil and gas drilling tools and equipment.
• Base layer for DIFF DUR CS in tungsten carbide applications.
