Cr-Mo-W-V tubular wire for high hardness, wear-resistant overlays.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
• Tubular wire producing Cr-Mo-W-V alloyed deposit.
• Achieves up to 58 Rc hardness even with slow cooling.
• Good crack and tempering resistance with proper preheat/interpass control.

• High abrasion and impact resistance.
• Maintains hardness after tempering.
• Suitable for heavy-duty, high-load applications.
• Fe-Cr-Mo-W-V alloy; martensitic microstructure.
• Gouge out or grind worn, damaged, and fatigued metal or cracks before welding.
• Preheat is generally not required, except for very heavy sections.
• Use minimal weaving to achieve a flat, well-washed bead.
• Sand pumps, dredge pump parts, dredge ladder rolls, tool joints, components under abrasion/ impact/compression.
