• Ni-rich C-Cr-Mo-Ni-Nb-W weld deposit offering high corrosion, abrasion, erosion, and impact resistance with toughness retained up to 600 °C.

Product Specification

• Excellent resistance to abrasion, erosion, and impact.
• High-temperature wear resistance.
• Good toughness and deformation resistance.

• C, Cr, Mo, Ni, Nb, W; nickel-rich matrix with carbide phases for hardness and wear protection.

• Gouge out or grind worn, damaged, and fatigued metal or cracks before welding.
• Preheat is generally not required, except for very heavy sections.
• Use minimal weaving to achieve a flat, well-washed bead.

• Blast furnace bells, fire graters, crushers, sinter wheel breakers, smelter chutes, coal mining parts, cement/mineral industries, pump housings, and salt mining mixers.
