PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
• Produces tough, low-alloy weld deposits with 450 BHN hardness.
• Resistant to impact loads; forgeable and machinable with carbide tools.
• Layer build-up as required; preheat based on base material.

Product Specification
• High wear and impact resistance.
• Good machinability with carbide cutting tools.
• Suitable for multi-layer hardfacing.
• Fe with low-alloy elements (Mn, Cr, Mo) forming a tempered martensitic/bainitic structure
• Gouge out or grind worn, damaged, and fatigued metal or cracks before welding.
• Preheat is generally not required, except for very heavy sections.
• Use minimal weaving to achieve a flat, well-washed bead.
• Crane wheels, rails, guide rolls.
