Product Specification
• High wear resistance due to niobium carbide formation.
• Excellent impact strength for shock-loaded parts.
• Tough martensitic matrix resists cracking in service.
• Carbon (C), Chromium (Cr), Niobium (Nb).
• Martensitic matrix with Nb carbides.
• High hardness & toughness combination.
• For optimum results, perform welding in two layers.
• The resulting weld deposits cannot be heat treated, machined, or forged.
• When overlaying previously hard-faced surfaces, use a buffer layer of Cordiff 200K or Cordiff 250K before applying the final layer.
• Cement crusher rolls.
• Pulveriser rolls.
• Hammers
