Product Specification
• Excellent flow characteristics.
• High joint strength.
• Suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
• Silver-based alloy with copper, zinc, and trace modifiers for enhanced flow and strength.
• Clean/degrease joints with CTC/TCE.
• Maintain 0.75 mm joint gap for maximum strength.
• Apply 252 flux to rod and joint.
• Heat with excess acetylene flame (25–75 mm from base metal) until flux liquefies.
• Keep torch moving, allow alloy to flow fully through joint, then remove flux residue.
• Tool room use: joining HSS to shanks, repairing cutters, drills, taps, reamers, carbide tipping, saw blades.
• Joining thin/dissimilar metals in refrigeration, air-conditioning, automotive, electrical, and machine tools
