• Tough deposits for harsh service environments.
• Low heat input minimizes distortion.
• Excellent anti-wear properties.
• Chromium-rich alloy system for wear and erosion resistance.
• Grind worn/fatigued metal.
• Preheat 13% chrome steels to 200–300 °C.
• Use AC/DC+; chip slag between passes.
• Maintain interpass temp at 200 °C.
• Heat treat/stress relieve at 580–620 °C.
• Pump sleeves, refiner cones, impellers, turbine runners, buckets.
• Anti-wear coating on new or worn sugar mill trash plates.
