• Works on copper, nickel, carbon and alloy steels, tungsten carbide, and stainless steels.

Product Specification

• Low melting point for delicate parts.
• Strong, clean joints on dissimilar metals.
• Excellent flow and penetration.

• Silver-based alloy with copper and zinc, optimized for thin-flow applications.

• Clean/degrease joints with CTC/TCE.
• Maintain 0.75 mm joint gap for high strength.
• Heat broadly with excess acetylene flame until flux liquefies.
• Flow alloy fully through the joint.
• Cool slowly, remove flux residue.

• Lap, ‘T’, flange, and butt joints for dissimilar metals.
• Instruments, HSS tools/dies, light gauge metals, heat-treated parts, carbide tipping, thin tubing, wire mesh.
