CORDIFF 75

Highly alloyed C-Cr-Mo-Nb-W-V flux-cored wire providing extremely hard carbide deposits with outstanding abrasion resistance up to 600 °C.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

CORDIFF 75Z is a highly alloyed C-Cr-Mo-Nb-W-V fluxcored wire producing a fine-grained microstructure with extremely hard carbides, ensuring exceptional high-temperature abrasion resistance. It maintains wear resistance up to 600 °C, making it ideal for severe mineral wear conditions. Best results are achieved by welding in two layers.

Product Specification

• Extremely hard carbide deposits for severe mineral wear
• Excellent abrasion resistance at elevated temperatures
• Wear resistance retained up to 600 °C
• Fine-grained microstructure for enhanced performance
• Best results with two-layer welding

• C, Cr, Mo, Nb, W, V

• For optimum results, perform welding in two layers.
• The resulting weld deposits cannot be heat treated, machined, or forged.
• When overlaying previously hard-faced surfaces, use am buffer layer of Cordiff 20 before applying the final layer.

• Blast-furnace gas bells, slag conveyor screws, hot sinter breakers, coke industry equipment, coal power station components, fire grates, crushers, sinter wheel breakers, smelter loading chutes.
