CORDIFF 72ZBC

High-deposition flux-cored wire for abrasion, impact, and erosion resistance at elevated temperatures.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

CORDIFF 72 ZBC is a specially developed flux-cored wire with high deposition of C-Cr-Mo-Nb-Co-V-W, producing complex carbide weld deposits with excellent weldability. The weld deposit retains hardness at temperatures up to 600 °C, offering exceptional resistance to high-temperature abrasive wear, erosion at varying angles, and impact. It provides a slag-free, hard yet tough deposit for demanding service conditions.

Product Specification

• Retains hardness up to 600 °C
• Excellent abrasion, erosion, and impact resistance
• Slag-free deposit with high weldability
• Hard yet tough weld metal for severe service

• C, Cr, Mo, Nb, Co, V, W in complex carbide structure.

• For optimum results, perform welding in two layers.
• The resulting weld deposits cannot be heat treated, machined, or forged.
• When overlaying previously hard-faced surfaces, use a buffer layer of Cordiff 20 before applying the final layer.

• Sinter breakers, blast furnace bells, chutes, liners, high mineral wear areas, screening unit parts.
