Product Specification
• Withstands severe mineral wear
• High temperature resistance
• Recommended for dual-layer hardfacing
• Strong metallurgical bonding with buffer layer
• Carbon (C)
• Chromium (Cr)
• Vanadium (V)
• Tungsten (W)
• Boron (B)
• For optimum results, perform welding in two layers.
• The resulting weld deposits cannot be heat treated, machined, or forged.
• When overlaying previously hard-faced surfaces, use a buffer layer of Cordiff 200K or Cordiff 250K before applying the final layer.
• Mineral industry parts
• Impellers
