Product Specification
• Withstands high-impact abrasion environments
• Maintains hardness under severe working conditions
• Offers uniform carbide dispersion for consistent wear resistance
• Suitable for medium to heavy-duty hardfacing applications
• Titanium Carbides (TiC)
• Chromium Carbides (CrC)
• Molybdenum and Vanadium for toughness
• Martensitic matrix for structural strength
• For optimum results, perform welding in two layers.
• The resulting weld deposits cannot be heat treated, machined, or forged.
• When overlaying previously hard-faced surfaces, use a buffer layer of Cordiff 200K or Cordiff 250K before applying the final layer.
• Crusher rolls
• Pulveriser hammers
• Bucket teeth
• Sand pumps
