PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

• Produces Cr-Mo-V alloyed deposit with high hardenability.
• Achieves ~56 Rc hardness even with slow cooling.
• Good crack and temper resistance with proper preheat and cooling.

Product Specification

• High wear, impact, and compressive load resistance.
• Excellent intermediate hardfacing layer for multipass build-up.
• Maintains hardness after tempering.

• Fe-Cr-Mo-V alloy, tempered martensitic structure with carbides for high wear resistance.

• Gouge out or grind worn, damaged, and fatigued metal or cracks before welding.
• Preheat is generally not required, except for very heavy sections.
• Use minimal weaving to achieve a flat, well-washed bead.

• Roller press rolls, crusher wheels/hammers, pan grinders, pumps, dredge ladder rolls, screws, blowbars, drive tumblers.
