• Deposits hard conical droplets on cane crusher roller teeth
• Enhances friction and grip on wet or dry roller surfaces
• Provides improved juice extraction through better traction

• Complex carbides for wear resistance
• Hard conical droplet formations
• Balanced microstructure for durability
• Special alloying for corrosion and impact resistance

• For optimum results, perform welding in two layers.
• The resulting weld deposits cannot be heat treated, machined, or forged.
• When overlaying previously hard-faced surfaces, use a buffer layer of Cordiff 200K or Cordiff 250K before applying the final layer.
