PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
• Fully austenitic weld metal with high plasticity and work-hardening properties.
• Thermal shock resistance up to 850 °C, stainless, and non-magnetic.
• Excellent resistance to shrinkage stresses and impact loading.

• Ideal for steels with >0.7% C and other difficult-to weld combinations.
• Ductile buffer layer on existing hardfacing.
• High elongation for stress absorption.
• Austenitic Cr-Ni-Mn composition; Mn for work hardening, Cr for corrosion resistance, Ni for toughness and ductility.
• Gouge out or grind worn, damaged, and fatigued metal or cracks before welding.
• Use minimal weaving to achieve a flat, well-washed bead.
• For manganese steel base metal keep temperature below 200oC
• Joining dissimilar steels, applying ductile buffer layers on old hardfacing, and welding high-carbon steels.
