PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Colodur is a composite wear plate designed for strong abrasive and fine-particle erosive wear with moderate shock stress. The deposit contains a large proportion of finely dispersed hard niobium carbides in a tough matrix, offering high temperature resistance up to 500°C.

• Available in zig-zag or straight bead patterns
• Option for ground/mirror finish

• Overlay thickness and hardness to be applied as per requirement.
• Choose bead pattern (zig-zag or straight) depending on wear pattern.
• Ensure correct substrate preparation before overlay welding.
