Chitra Garg is the Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of our Company. She holds a Masters degree in Arts (Geography) from Agra University. She has been acting as a Director on the Board of our subsidiary company Diffusion Super Conditioning Services Private Limited since 1995 and is a Partner in Devi Kiran Advisory Services LLP. She has been associated with our Company since the past three decades as a shareholder and is responsible for overseeing the Company’s general administrative activities. She also holds directorship in N K Garg Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation.
