Sherry Oommen, is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a master’s degree in commerce from Aligarh Muslim University and a bachelor’s degree in law from Bangalore University. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and has cleared the professional programme examination held by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Additionally, he holds a master’s degree in international taxation from National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR) University of Law, Hyderabad. He has been practicing in legal and taxation matters. He is currently a partner of M/s. Omega Alliance, Advocates and Solicitors, Kochi, Kerala.
