• Very high hardness and wear life
• Resistant to fine particle and high impact abrasion
• Maintains hardness at elevated temperatures

• Clean substrate surface thoroughly, preferably by abrasive blasting
• Apply overlay with controlled heat input to maintain carbide integrity
• Choose bead pattern according to application wear mode
